AI Automation Engineer (LLM, GEN AI, Python and ReactJS/NodeJS/JavaScript)

Scope:

Generative AI Specialist  with an experience of 6-8 years in AI/ML engineering, data processing and LLM Models. In this role, you will design, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and complementary tools. A solid grounding in AI Engineering and MLOps is essential.

• Advanced Python and SQL programming.
• React/TypeScript/Next.js proficiency for building intuitive user interfaces.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating AI solutions into large-scale, complex systems with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Architect and develop sophisticated AI agents leveraging LLMs and other Generative AI technologies to automate and optimize supply chain processes.
• Fine-tune and adapt LLMs for specific industry use cases, including instruction tuning, embeddings, and vector database integration. Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules
• Write efficient, clean, and production-ready Python code in accordance with best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Build user-friendly, scalable UIs with React and TypeScript to enhance AI-driven tools.
• Implement robust testing and automated pipelines to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
• Lead efforts to minimize infrastructure costs and optimize system performance for AI-driven applications.

What we are looking for:

• BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech with 6-8 years of experience in Software Development of large and complex enterprise applications.
• Professional experience in data science, machine learning, or software development, with a strong focus on AI agent workflows.
• Experience in building and deploying AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, embeddings, and instruction tuning.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid background in traditional AI methodologies (e.g., classical machine learning, rule-based systems) to complement emerging agent-based solutions. Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
• Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
