Job Description
The Agreement Manager Associate reviews, analyses, and approves Special Price Requests using data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and within Delegation of Authority Limits. As directed by the relevant Global Agreements Manager and with moderate supervision, you will use analytical tools, Policies & Procedures to drive data-driven decisions when approving and renewing Customer Special Price Agreements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Use data-driven analytics via DGS to review and approve special pricing requests within reported Delegation of Authority limits and Internal Control policies and procedures
- You will colloborate with Sales, Distributors, Product and Business Unit Managers for the purposes of escalating Special Price Requests and provide data-driven facts to support your recommendation
- Execute Outlier Management initiatives within reported guidelines
- Analyse data and make pricing recommendations for temporary, project related agreements
- Achieve AOP Price Variance goals
- Support Sales in the planning and execution of negotiations
- Exhibit sound judgment in pricing business case reviews within a data-driven culture
- Demonstrate pricing acumen and make fact-based recommendations
- Create data supported business cases when escalating pricing recommendations for management and Department review
- Be an change agent as the function deploys new processes
- Communicate with and present to all levels of internal and external customers
- Act with a sense of urgency and discipline when closing customer opportunities
Business:
- Use statistical methods to analyse data to create pricing decisions and associated reporting
- Display an ability to support and communicate your recommendations with data and facts Provide pricing comparisons and analysis using analytical tools
- Familiar with a broad range of computer applications
- Understand global cross border selling issues (FX, Duties, etc...)
- Demonstrate understanding of distribution channels
