Lead solution design for cloud migration initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to create scalable technical solutions, and providing architectural guidance and mentoring.

You'll do this by:
- Leading end-to-end solution design and architecture for enterprise-grade applications and cloud migration initiatives.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
- Driving cloud migration strategies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, including assessment, planning, and execution.
- Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Creating and reviewing architecture artefacts such as Solution Visions, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Key Design Decisions (KDDs).
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to development and engineering teams.
- Engaging in architecture reviews and presenting solutions to architecture boards and senior leadership.
Core Skills:
- Proven experience in cloud migration projects, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with solution architecture across multiple domains (application, data, infrastructure, security).
- Proficiency in designing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Desired Skills:
TOGAF Certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
- Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or other IaC tools.
- Familiarity with Azure Well-Architected Framework and cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience in legacy modernization, application rationalization, and technical debt management.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
