We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Support individual to be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's Business Intelligence (BI) systems, ensuring smooth operation by troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access, and providing ongoing support to address data queries and reporting needs, ultimately facilitating informed decision-making across the organization
The Job

Responding to user inquiries regarding BI reports, dashboards, and data access.

Troubleshooting technical issues users encounter while utilizing BI tools.

Monitoring the performance and stability of BI systems.

Identifying and resolving data quality issues within the BI environment.

Implementing updates and patches to BI software as needed.

Report Development and Management:

Assisting with the creation and modification of existing BI reports and dashboards.

Ensuring data accuracy and consistency within reports.

Optimizing report performance to deliver timely results.

More than 2 years’ experience with Snowflake cloud-based data warehouse

2-4 years’ experience developing Python based code that reads/writes data into databases
-
2-4 years’ experience developing SQL scripts and stored procedures that process data from databases
-
2-4 years’ experience with batch job scheduling and identifying data/job dependencies
-
Strong understanding of various data formats such as CSV, XML, JSON etc.
