A. Administrative Support
- Assist PMU in administrative tasks, scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics.
B. Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain files, trackers, and records; support data entry and compilation of routine reports.
C. Communication Support
- Draft routine communications, compile meeting notes/action trackers, and support internal coordination.
D. Productivity Tools
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets; manage documents using MS Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
Required skills and abilities:
- Bachelors degree with strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative coordination, office support, or executive assistance.
- Strong skills in administration, scheduling, meeting coordination, and handling day‑to‑day logistics.
- Ability to maintain files, trackers, records, and support data entry and routine report compilation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, preparing meeting notes, and coordinating internally.
- Proficient in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and documentation using MS Office tools.
