Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable Specialist on the Finance Team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our global financial records. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and collaborative finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. This is not just a transactional role - you will manage high-volume vendor invoices, work across multiple entities and currencies, and partner closely with internal stakeholders around the world to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or a similar finance role, ideally in a global or multi-entity environment.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), with the ability to work across multiple financial platforms.
• Experience working with multiple currencies, international vendors, and global billing structures, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
• High level of accuracy with the ability to manage high-volume financial data while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Able to investigate discrepancies, perform reconciliations, support reporting, and explain variances clearly.
• Comfortable working with vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, especially around month-end and quarter-end deadlines.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Invoice & Payment Processing: Handle high volumes of vendor invoices, ensure correct coding, and support timely payments across multiple entities.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform account reconciliations, support month-end / quarter-end close, and assist with variance analysis.
• PO Matching & Compliance: Match invoices to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth payment processes.
• Global Finance Support: Manage multi-currency transactions and collaborate with teams across regions and time zones.
