What Accounting contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Accounting establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, completes technical research, safeguards the organization's assets and ensures accuracy of accounting and financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree focused on commerce, accounting or business administration.
  • 1 to 4 years’ experience in accounting, taxation, auditing.
  • Tally accounting experience is a must and SAP is preferred.
  • Strong in MS excel.

Accountant Responsibilities

  • Record accounting transactions and reconcile general ledgers in Tally and SAP books.
  • Conduct detailed transaction analysis and provide detailed reports on expenses/accrual.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and collaborate with business team for input.
  • Manage vendor Purchase orders and monitor vendor invoices tracking.
  • Coordinate and support statutory, Tax and GST audit.
  • Assist with taxation, including GST and TDS return filings.

  • Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
  • Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions
