We’re seeking a high-performing Full-Cycle Account Executive (AE) to join our India team. This role is for someone who thrives on owning the entire sales process—from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals. You will work directly with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success to ensure our clients achieve maximum value while meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities -

Pipeline Generation:

  • Research, identify, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • 50% pipeline generation will be the responsibility of the AEs.
  • Leverage modern sales tools like [Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Engagement Platforms] to manage and track outreach efforts.
  • Develop and qualify leads from SDRs, marketing campaigns, events and other sources.

Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with SDRs and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer insights.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including pipeline health and activity tracking.

Customer Focus:

  • Build strong relationships with prospects to establish trust and credibility.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to customer success post-sale.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in SAAS sales, with a proven track record of target attainment and generating new business (Hunting Role).
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with consultative solution-selling methodology
  • Experience connecting and selling to senior executives within medium and large organizations
  • Track record of high performance and extremely satisfied customers
  • Experience working in a SaaS/Startup environment preferred
