Serve as an Oracle Cloud Finance functional consultant configuring AP, AR, CM, EXP, and GL modules. Translate business requirements into Oracle solutions, support integrations and data migration (FBDI), develop test scripts, identify P2P/O2C/R2R improvements, mentor junior staff, and contribute reusable assets and automation opportunities.
Highstreet IT is looking for a skilled Oracle Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Expenses (EXP), and General Ledger (GL) modules. This role is ideal for professionals who can effectively translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and contribute to successful cloud transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations and support engagements, with strong functional knowledge and client-facing consulting skills.
This role involves working closely with US clients to support Oracle Cloud Finance solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and sustian Finance modules and design scalable and optimized solutions aligned with industry best practices
• Prepare Lean specs, perform FUT's, and other setup documents and test scripts for new enhancements
• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements. And map business processes to Oracle Cloud functionalities and recommend best practices
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the P2P, O2C, R2R lifecycle
• Support integration design and testing with upstream/downstream systems and ensure data consistency across finance processes
• Assist in data migration activities using FBDI templates and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts and review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and reusable assets, and Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Required Experience and Skills
• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance
• Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations
• Experience in consulting and Supporting Finance applications
• Hands-on expertise in: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Expenses (EXP), General Ledger (GL).
• Deep Understanding of data migration and system integrations
• Good understanding of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI and BIP reporting
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment
