Manage comprehensive labor and employee relations operations for Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort, including payroll, attendance, social insurance, employment procedures, compliance, benefits, employee data, health and safety programs, and employee inquiries. Support dormitory operations, internal policy communication, engagement initiatives, and the HR Director while coordinating with government agencies and internal departments.

ヒルトン沖縄瀬底リゾートの人事部門において、チームメンバーが安心して働ける職場環境づくりを支える労務管理業務全般を担当いただきます。
主な業務内容
- 給与計算および勤怠管理業務
- 社会保険・雇用保険に関する各種手続き
- 労働基準監督署、ハローワーク、年金事務所など行政機関への届出・対応
- 労働法令や就業規則に基づく労務管理および従業員サポート
- 福利厚生制度の運用および従業員からの問い合わせ対応
- 入退社手続き、休職・復職手続きの管理
- 健康診断、安全衛生委員会、ストレスチェックなど安全衛生業務の運営
- 従業員データの管理および人事システムへの情報登録・更新
- 社員寮運営に関するサポート業務
- 人事関連ポリシーや制度に関する社内周知・説明
- 社内各部門との連携による従業員エンゲージメント向上の推進
- 人事部長のサポートおよびその他人事関連業務全般 など
必須要件
- 人事・労務業務の実務経験（2年程度）
- 給与計算、勤怠管理、社会保険手続きの実務経験
- 労働基準法をはじめとする労働関連法令の基礎知識
- PCスキル（Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
- 社内外の関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 日本語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
- 個人情報を適切に取り扱える高いコンプライアンス意識
- ご自身の業務に優先順位をつけて効率的に業務を進めることのできる方
