Leads WRI’s global IT strategy, operations, cybersecurity, AI adoption, enterprise platforms, governance, service delivery, resilience, and technology risk management. Oversees a distributed 34-person team, workforce planning, organizational transformation, vendor relationships, budgets, and service improvements across international offices. Partners with senior leadership to align technology investments with organizational priorities, strengthen enterprise systems and connectivity, and ensure secure, reliable, user-centered technology services.

Supports Workday enterprise systems for HR, Finance, and Payroll through user support, data validation, reconciliations, documentation, release testing, reporting, and issue tracking. Assists with business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and process improvement. Supports integrations by validating data flows, documenting mappings, analyzing XML, JSON, and APIs, and assisting with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
