Translate customer objectives into solution storyboards and digital workflows; configure, deploy and support SaaS/cloud solutions for demos, trials and production. Build dashboards, provide data-driven insights, assist testing and UAT, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into the roadmap.

Run customer discovery to map operational workflows, identify transformation opportunities, translate business problems into solution requirements, design solution concepts and demos, support workshops and proofs of concept, and coordinate between Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.
