Provide operational support for enterprise commerce and digital platforms: monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, respond to and escalate tickets, coordinate deployments and vendor/partner interactions, automate operational tasks, maintain uptime and SLAs, produce runbooks and post-incident reviews, and collaborate with development and delivery teams to improve platform reliability.

Provide day-to-day operation and support for ecommerce services: monitor telemetry, investigate and resolve incidents, manage tickets, run scheduled jobs, update customers, create/update runbooks, perform deployments/upgrades, participate in on-call rota, and collaborate with developers, SREs, DBAs and SMEs to maintain service reliability.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Shopify and Shopify Plus storefronts. Own full project lifecycle, build custom apps and API integrations, optimize performance and SEO, enforce technical standards, mentor developers, and act as technical lead with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure commerce solutions.

Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions. Collaborate with project teams, estimate delivery timelines, solve technical problems, mentor junior developers, and lead small technical discussions. Ensure robust, maintainable code and clear communication of milestones.
