Manage product, flavor, and market launches; develop trade marketing programs, retailer activations, POSM, and visibility initiatives; coordinate agency and cross-functional execution; monitor consumer, market, and trade insights; support budgets and campaign measurement; and help drive brand growth across new markets.

Own performance marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms. Plan and optimize campaigns focused on sales, ROAS, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Manage budgets, bidding, audiences, creative testing, and platform optimization. Analyze campaign data, build performance dashboards, and translate insights into business actions while collaborating with marketplace, sales, creative, and brand teams to support product and market launches.
