Lead design strategy and execution for a major product area, translating complex problems into scalable, inclusive experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to shape product direction, synthesize insights, develop design systems and patterns, and deliver responsive mobile-first solutions. Use AI tools for discovery, ideation, prototyping, and iteration. Influence senior stakeholders, communicate design rationale, and mentor designers across teams.

Own and build Coursera’s India channel program across universities, government bodies, and public sector enterprises. Recruit and activate partners, develop enablement and compliance frameworks, establish co-sell programs, negotiate agreements, track performance, and conduct partner business reviews. Collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation, and solution consulting teams to generate and close enterprise opportunities, while evaluating new partnerships and leading executive-level partner discussions.

Build and deploy AI-powered customer solutions across discovery, prototyping, and production. Responsibilities include designing secure multi-tenant and hybrid architectures, integrating identity and access management, encryption, networking, data engineering, CI/CD, observability, and production support. The role partners directly with enterprise customers, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to solve ambiguous problems, demonstrate prototypes, and standardize successful solutions. Regular domestic and occasional international travel is required.
