Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity and transformation initiatives across India, managing large distributed teams and driving strategy, governance, operational excellence, and business outcomes. Partner with C-level stakeholders, technology and security teams, and external partners to execute complex programs, manage enterprise risks, strengthen security resilience, optimize processes, and develop high-performing leadership teams.

Leads Trellix’s India Solutions Engineering organization, setting strategy, improving sales engineering productivity, managing pipeline metrics, and enabling customers and channel partners. Builds and develops high-performing teams, supports enterprise SaaS solution selling, collaborates with product and marketing leaders, and provides customer and market insights. The role also involves directly supporting major customer engagements, partner enablement, and approximately 50% overnight travel.

Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market cybersecurity customers as a strategic advisor. Drive onboarding, product adoption, value realization, retention, and customer health while addressing deployment blockers and coordinating internal support. Translate technical solutions into business outcomes, identify churn risks, use customer success and AI tools for analytics and productivity, and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Sales and Renewals.
