Leads the go-to-market farming strategy for Platinum and Gold channel partners. Builds scalable partner-growth frameworks, develops partner infrastructure and capabilities, creates playbooks to increase product penetration and revenue extraction, and coordinates with regional sales, product development, marketing, OEMs, and partner teams. Success is measured by revenue, order bookings, logo-potential extraction, and EPPC growth.

Owns quality assurance for the fulfilment value chain by defining standards, conducting process audits, leading root-cause analysis and CAPA, improving processes, enabling automation, and building governance dashboards. The role partners with cross-functional teams to reduce defects, rework, cycle time, manual touchpoints, and customer-impacting issues while tracking business benefits and executive-level quality metrics.
