Own organic search, AI-search visibility, and conversion performance across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. The role focuses on growing high-intent traffic, improving site-user-to-lead conversion, scaling programmatic SEO, implementing technical SEO and CRO improvements, and increasing customer acquisition from AI-referred traffic. Responsibilities include analytics instrumentation, content and site-structure optimization, AI citation tracking, experimentation, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Build and deploy production AI automations across accounting, compliance, sales, marketing, HR, and finance. The role covers discovery, coding, deployment, monitoring, debugging, support, ROI measurement, and business handover. The engineer will develop LLM-based systems, integrations, agents, and workflows using Python, APIs, databases, warehouses, and business tools. They will partner with non-technical stakeholders, independently own systems end to end, train business users, maintain infrastructure, and identify high-value automation opportunities.

Own product strategy and GTM for Sleek Business Account and Payroll. Drive rapid user adoption, expand AUM, grow payroll employee adoption, and monetize via FX and value-added features while delivering product commitments with an engineering squad.

Process accurate and compliant UK payrolls for multiple clients, including payroll data validation, HMRC submissions, pension auto-enrolment, year-end reporting, and client query resolution. Maintain strict deadlines, confidentiality, and data accuracy while collaborating with the payroll team. Identify discrepancies, improve workflows, and use AI, automation, and payroll technology to increase efficiency and service quality.

Manage renewals for existing SME clients, achieving renewal, customer satisfaction, cash collection, upsell, and upgrade targets. Investigate customer interactions, resolve complex issues and escalations, maintain a data-driven pipeline, and collaborate with accounting, corporate secretarial, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes. The role requires customer-facing sales or customer success experience, strong communication, cross-cultural competence, and proficiency with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.

Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS returns, reconcile GST and payroll liabilities, maintain complete client accounts, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare management reports, support payroll, and ensure compliance with Australian regulations. Act as the primary accounting advisor for SME clients, managing relationships end to end and providing clear financial insights. Corporate tax return experience is advantageous.

Own and optimize UI/UX, conversion, and engagement across multiple Sleek websites. Run A/B tests and analytics, reduce funnel drop-offs, introduce AI-driven funnel experiences, collaborate cross-functionally, and progressively take end-to-end funnel ownership to improve lead generation and revenue per visitor.
