Senior Consultant embedded with India’s Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, serving as the primary interface between Sattva and ministry stakeholders. The role involves advisory delivery, stakeholder management, strategic problem-solving, project planning, risk mitigation, team leadership, documentation, and influencing senior decision-makers to deliver measurable skilling and ecosystem impact.

Supports data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, and visualization using public and proprietary datasets. The intern will generate insights for social impact, philanthropic, CSR, nonprofit, and policy initiatives; build or update Tableau and Python/R dashboards; contribute to reports and presentations; and help develop reliable data pipelines while applying documentation, version control, and data privacy practices.

Lead sustainability and business advisory projects, developing ESG and impact strategies, frameworks, KPIs, roadmaps, assessments, and climate risk evaluations. Conduct environmental and social due diligence and impact assessments for investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
