Promote Sanofi pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. Build and maintain HCP relationships, record interactions in CRM, meet sales targets, deliver compliant product presentations, track sales metrics, collaborate with medical/marketing teams, report adverse events, and share market insights to support business growth.

Serve as Sanofi's primary on-site Quality representative at a CMO in Pune, providing end-to-end cGMP quality oversight for vaccine manufacturing. Review/approve GMP documentation, lead investigations, CAPA, change control and validations, support audits and inspections, negotiate quality agreements, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead on-site operations at a CMO for vaccine Drug Substance and Drug Product manufacturing. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, manage deviations/change controls/CAPA, support technical transfers and new product introductions, and ensure GMP and regulatory compliance to maintain timely, quality vaccine supply.
