Support design, deployment, and maintenance of multiregion, multicloud infrastructure on GCP. Build and operate Kubernetes clusters, GitOps deployments with ArgoCD, GitLab CI pipelines, Terraform automation, monitoring, on-call incident response, and documentation to improve reliability and developer productivity for ML and data-intensive workloads.

Maintain and improve on-premises MLOps infrastructure: deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models; troubleshoot Linux/Docker/Kubernetes stacks; build CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring tools; productionize research artifacts; enforce testing and engineering standards; collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to scale ML systems.

The IT Systems Engineer II will design, automate, and manage scalable IT infrastructure while collaborating across teams to ensure operational excellence in cloud and on-prem environments.

Lead and scale Quillbot's data infrastructure, manage engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and performance.
