Support day-to-day operational tasks for an AI platform by following rule-based processes, keeping accurate records and trackers, coordinating with teams, spotting process gaps, and contributing improvements while working UK hours remotely.

Own and optimise the Azure cloud infrastructure: implement RBAC and access controls, build monitoring/observability with Azure Monitor and Application Insights, design scalable performant architectures, manage cost governance, improve CI/CD and container deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), apply infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), and provide technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of scalable backend and AI systems. Guide a distributed engineering team to integrate LLMs, voice AI (STT/TTS), and cloud infrastructure (Azure), enforce engineering standards, and deliver production-grade microservices and ML pipelines while mentoring engineers and partnering with the Co-Founder on technical strategy.

Execute HubSpot CRM builds: configure sales pipelines, automations, integrations, reports and dashboards. Implement lead routing, custom properties, workflows and minor custom coding. Work full-time aligned to UK hours for a 1-month contract, documenting configurations and handing over to internal teams.

Own and grow automated test coverage for backend and frontend, integrate tests into CI, build outbound-call automation through the live voice pipeline, measure STT/TTS accuracy, evaluate conversational quality, reproduce and track defects, and collaborate with engineers, prompt authors, and operations to prevent regressions.
