Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, production support, root cause analysis, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior developers.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Syndigo MDM solutions for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include modeling product and party data, configuring workflows and business rules, building integrations and Marketplace Apps, implementing data onboarding and outbound interfaces, advising customers on solution design, mentoring junior developers, and leading development standards and project execution.

Leads the design, implementation, support, and technical delivery of enterprise Fluent Commerce OMS solutions. Manages OMS developers and integration engineers, reviews architectures and code, oversees integrations with payment, ERP, WMS, commerce, CRM, and loyalty platforms, and ensures scalable, secure, reliable systems. Translates client requirements into technical designs, supports workshops and presales, guides production incidents, and drives Agile delivery. Requires strong expertise in order lifecycle management, distributed order management, APIs, asynchronous integrations, troubleshooting, and retail ecommerce workflows.
