Lead Peepul’s Delhi Project Management Unit and partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The role manages senior government stakeholder relationships, secures approvals, drives policy alignment, resolves administrative barriers, mentors PMU staff, and oversees programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and deliverable tracking across education initiatives.

Lead academic excellence and daily functioning at a network school. Coach teachers, deliver training, oversee curriculum and assessments, monitor student outcomes, support inclusive education and pastoral care, manage staff and school operations, and build relationships with parents, communities, government officials, and stakeholders. The role also contributes to network-wide academic alignment and continuous improvement.

Leads the design, delivery, piloting, and evaluation of teacher and school-leader professional development programs for Delhi government education systems. Responsibilities include developing training interventions, managing stakeholder relationships, tracking project impact, documenting learnings, creating work plans, collaborating with monitoring and evaluation teams, and coaching associates. The role requires education expertise, classroom experience, facilitation, leadership, and the ability to drive improvements at scale.

Lead the design and delivery of Peepul’s LiftEd education program, managing academic interventions, government and donor relationships, outcome-based funding goals, external evaluations, reporting, and system-strengthening initiatives. The role oversees teacher and school capacity building, assessment-led instruction, data-driven governance reforms, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and team development across Delhi’s public education system.

Supports the design, implementation, and scaling of an education assessment reform project for government schools. Responsibilities include developing FLN training and assessment content, facilitating teacher and school leader training, conducting classroom observations, tracking intervention impact, coordinating implementation, building government and external partnerships, and supporting sustainable capacity development. The role requires strong education expertise, stakeholder management, collaboration, and English and Hindi proficiency.

Provide strategic Hindi language and literacy expertise from foundational learning through Grade 8. The role shapes curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, teacher development, and academic quality; reviews learning resources; supports large-scale education reform; engages government stakeholders; advises on system strengthening; and contributes to research, policy engagement, professional development, and external partnerships.
