Leads the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions, including data engineering, governance, metadata, cloud platforms, Snowflake, DevOps, Kubernetes, and AI-enabled capabilities. Translates requirements into scalable architectures, reviews code and designs, mentors engineers, manages technical risks, and partners with business and governance stakeholders. Contributes hands-on to implementation, platform observability, data quality, security, semantic solutions, knowledge graphs, and generative AI applications.

Manage employment-based immigration and global mobility programs across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Advise employees, HR, talent acquisition, legal teams, and business leaders; oversee visa cases, work authorization, compliance, audits, deadlines, vendors, and external immigration counsel. Develop policies, workflows, reporting dashboards, and process improvements while supporting hires, transfers, relocations, assignments, and employment changes.

Lead the design, development, and production deployment of generative AI and LLM solutions. Mentor engineers and data scientists, architect RAG and prompt-engineering pipelines, fine-tune models, develop APIs, manage cloud and MLOps deployments, and ensure scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with data engineering, product, UX, and business teams while researching multimodal AI, RLHF, and emerging frameworks.

Design and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend systems and infrastructure in Rust. Build concurrent, thread-safe data structures, state machines, schedulers, task queues, and parallel processing pipelines. Apply advanced memory management, non-blocking I/O, profiling, benchmarking, SIMD, and cache optimization techniques. Develop performance-critical algorithms and support systems involving custom allocators, asynchronous runtimes, bare-metal Rust, hardware optimization, and cross-language integration.

Designs end-to-end AI and generative AI solutions, leads RFP responses, develops proposals and sales collateral, conducts client workshops, and engages executive stakeholders. The role establishes AI governance, compliance, and observability frameworks; partners with engineering teams on delivery; and manages and mentors solution architects, data scientists, and engineers. It requires strong expertise in GenAI stacks, RAG, multi-agent systems, LLMOps, responsible AI, consulting, and enterprise pre-sales.
