Own the GRC engineering program by building continuous control monitoring, common controls frameworks, automated evidence collection, control validation, risk workflows, asset prioritization, and audit-ready reporting. The role integrates identity, cloud, code repositories, endpoints, and ticketing systems; develops policy and control checks in code; guides AI-assisted compliance workflows; tracks program metrics; and represents the technical implementation during audits.

Leads the detection and response practice for corporate and cloud environments. Owns detection strategy, engineering, telemetry, signal quality, incident response, managed SOC oversight, threat hunting, automation, exercises, metrics, and notification procedures. The role leads major incidents, improves Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR coverage, investigates identity and cloud threats, and establishes scalable workflows and standards for a growing security function.

Own cloud and infrastructure security architecture across Azure and AWS, including network segmentation, workload isolation, hardened images, Kubernetes, policy as code, AI workload security, and vulnerability management. Build secure-by-default infrastructure modules, landing zones, and automated evidence processes. Establish cloud posture and workload protection practices, drive remediation through pull requests, and ensure controls satisfy ISO 27001, SOC 2, and future regulatory requirements.

Lead application security across One Identity’s products by threat modeling designs, defining security requirements, reviewing and fixing code, tuning security testing tools, managing vulnerability response and coordinated disclosure, overseeing SBOM and software composition analysis, and advising engineering on AI-assisted development. The role requires deep C#/.NET expertise, Java fluency, product security experience, and the ability to embed practical security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.

Owns the design, development, modernization, deployment, and operation of production software systems. Responsibilities include incrementally decomposing monoliths into scalable services, maintaining API and data compatibility, improving reliability and performance, implementing automated testing, operating AWS cloud services, monitoring production systems, participating in 24/7 on-call, and using AI-assisted development tools.

Leads regional or country-level accounting operations, including payroll, fixed assets, cash management, OPEX, intercompany transactions, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and internal controls. Manages and develops accounting staff, resolves complex issues, supports budgeting and forecasting, provides financial analysis and commentary, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and reporting obligations.

Administer global sales compensation programs, including commission calculations, transaction validation, plan configuration, quota and territory alignment, reporting, accrual support, audits, and dispute resolution. The role analyzes commission trends, maintains compensation systems, improves automation, supports implementations and testing, and collaborates with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, Accounting, and Order Management.

Supports global treasury operations through daily cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, payment execution, bank account administration, and debt-related transactions. Maintains accurate treasury data, enforces payment controls, investigates variances, supports fraud prevention and audit readiness, and coordinates with cross-functional finance teams. The role requires advanced Excel, Workday ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail.

Processes and validates vendor invoices, supports payment processing, resolves invoice and payment issues, performs vendor reconciliations, assists with month-end close, maintains accounting documentation, and ensures compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. The role also supports process improvements and system enhancements while responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.
