Leads regional or country-level accounting operations, including payroll, fixed assets, cash management, OPEX, intercompany transactions, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and internal controls. Manages and develops accounting staff, resolves complex issues, supports budgeting and forecasting, provides financial analysis and commentary, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and reporting obligations.

Administer global sales compensation programs, including commission calculations, transaction validation, plan configuration, quota and territory alignment, reporting, accrual support, audits, and dispute resolution. The role analyzes commission trends, maintains compensation systems, improves automation, supports implementations and testing, and collaborates with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, Accounting, and Order Management.

Supports global treasury operations through daily cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, payment execution, bank account administration, and debt-related transactions. Maintains accurate treasury data, enforces payment controls, investigates variances, supports fraud prevention and audit readiness, and coordinates with cross-functional finance teams. The role requires advanced Excel, Workday ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail.

Processes and validates vendor invoices, supports payment processing, resolves invoice and payment issues, performs vendor reconciliations, assists with month-end close, maintains accounting documentation, and ensures compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. The role also supports process improvements and system enhancements while responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.
