Provide Tier 3 network support for data center/AI/storage/HPC environments: troubleshoot routing and switching issues, manage complex installations, respond to customer inquiries, perform site visits, and improve internal support processes while collaborating across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operate and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale GeForce NOW services. Participate in incident triage and on-call rotations, build automation and tooling, enhance observability (metrics/logs/traces), drive SLO/SRI practices, run postmortems, and design/operate Kubernetes-based services across cloud and datacenter environments.

Architect, build, and maintain enterprise AWS infrastructure using Terraform; develop and refine Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime releases; operate and optimize EKS/ECS, Lambda, and other services; implement proactive AI-driven observability; define SLOs/SLAs, lead incident response, and improve platform resilience and cost-efficiency.

Design, implement, and operate scalable distributed software and network/system automation for NVIDIA's multi-tenant cloud infrastructure. Own code lifecycle, build maintainable APIs, ensure secure communications and data persistence, contribute to open-source, and present roadmaps to stakeholders.
