Supports Numerix SaaS clients by monitoring financial risk calculations, reports, batch processes, data feeds, and application health. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages incidents, coordinates releases and deployments, prepares service reports and root-cause analyses, and assists clients with risk-management APIs. Requires knowledge of market and counterparty credit risk, derivatives, asset classes, Python, cloud services, and RESTful API connectivity.
