Provide L3 network and firewall operations support in a 24×7 onsite environment. Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, VPNs, load balancers, and proxy technologies. Resolve incidents, requests, changes, and critical escalations within SLA, conduct root-cause analysis, maintain infrastructure uptime, support L1/L2 teams and clients, and produce operational documentation. Monitor security events and collaborate with SOC and other technical teams on incident response.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for AI, GenAI, cloud infrastructure, and platform solutions. Engage CXOs and technical leaders, identify AI adoption opportunities, position Neysa’s offerings, translate technical capabilities into business value, negotiate commercial agreements, and close complex deals. Build qualified pipelines, develop account growth strategies, collaborate with presales, product, and engineering teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

Manage and troubleshoot Linux systems, storage, backup, hardware, applications, and infrastructure in a 24/7 data center environment. Resolve critical incidents and escalations, maintain availability and performance, support L1 teams, execute changes within SLA, and improve operations through automation, documentation, monitoring, and infrastructure optimization. The role also involves containerization, orchestration, virtualization, networking, and cross-functional incident resolution.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for AI, GenAI, cloud infrastructure, and AI acceleration solutions. Engage CXOs and technical leaders, identify opportunities, position solutions against hyperscalers, articulate ROI, lead negotiations, close complex deals, and develop long-term account strategies. Collaborate with presales, product, engineering, and leadership teams while managing pipeline, market insights, and strategic customer relationships.
