The Senior Solutions Engineer will drive Neo4j's growth in the Public Sector by partnering with government agencies to shape technical solutions and implement graph technology across key initiatives.

Lead technical onboarding for enterprise customers: provision secure AuraDB or self-managed Neo4j clusters, design network and IAM architectures, implement system hardening and IaC, architect data ingestion and observability, deliver technical artifacts and workshops, and iterate onboarding methodology to accelerate time-to-value.

The Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for managing and monitoring Neo4j database environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high uptime for cloud infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with customers and improving operational processes.

Lead post-sale technical onboarding for enterprise customers: design secure cloud network architectures, provision AuraDB or self-managed clusters, implement IAM/SSO and system hardening, architect data ingestion pipelines, optimise Cypher performance, configure observability, produce architecture deliverables, and transition customers to operations.

Own and grow Neo4j's GSI strategy in India by building partner-led pipeline, co-selling with GSIs, managing enterprise deals and forecasts, enabling partner teams, and establishing repeatable co-sell frameworks to scale regional revenue and a future GSI sales team.
