Build and operate the company’s global IT function, including Google Workspace, identity and access management, endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, SaaS governance, IT support, automation, vendor management, and technical SOC 2/GDPR compliance. Ensure secure onboarding and offboarding, manage devices and access across countries, run audits and security awareness programs, and establish scalable IT processes as the organization grows.

Own the organization’s cybersecurity program, including SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, cloud security posture management, vulnerability management, IAM, Google Workspace security, endpoint protection, detection and incident response. Develop policies, automate security workflows with Python, Bash, and Terraform, manage audits and risk assessments, and advise engineering, IT, legal, leadership, and customers on security matters.

Owns end-to-end email and lifecycle campaign execution, including building, segmentation, QA, scheduling, delivery, automation, A/B testing, deliverability management, performance reporting, and optimization. The role coordinates campaign assets and approvals, maintains list health and sender reputation, and develops journeys supporting user activation and retention.

Own KodeKloud’s paid growth strategy across Google, Meta, Reddit, X, and experimental channels. Responsibilities include budget allocation, P&L, ROAS and CAC optimization, account architecture, campaign experimentation, forecasting, reporting, landing-page conversion, creative testing, and agency-to-in-house transition. Partner with creative, content, design, product, lifecycle, and web teams to scale efficient acquisition and build internal paid marketing processes.

Leads global platform architecture and engineering strategy, overseeing infrastructure standards, architecture reviews, mentorship, sandbox automation, observability, FinOps, cloud security, vulnerability management, and SOC 2/GDPR compliance. Partners with executives on budgets, technical roadmaps, AI governance, and organizational risk while owning internal platform products and driving secure, cost-efficient infrastructure modernization.
