The role also involves using Xero, Zoho, Excel, AI tools, and automation to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Manage procurement for luxury interior projects, sourcing hard and soft goods from Indian and international suppliers. Responsibilities include negotiating prices and terms, managing purchase orders, coordinating shipping, customs, storage, delivery and installation, tracking budgets and schedules, managing samples and approvals, inspecting quality, and maintaining supplier relationships. The role requires close collaboration with designers, quantity surveyors and site teams.

Build full-stack products, AI agents, integrations, and automated workflows that improve business operations. Map processes, design secure architecture, develop backend and frontend systems, and rapidly launch MVPs for real users. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across India and international offices, while ensuring data privacy, security, reliability, scalability, and effective use of emerging AI tools.

Manage day-to-day operations for the Delhi and Chennai offices, lead recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, build team culture, and support directors across India. The role will establish practical people processes, coordinate with the London office, strengthen local talent networks, and improve HR administration through dashboards, automation, and AI tools.
