The Account Head - Wholesales manages new business acquisition and growth within existing Tier 1 accounts, utilizing CRM tools for pipeline management, and driving customer success.

Respond to inbound leads quickly, qualify prospects via calls/chats/forms, segment and route opportunities, set meetings for Account Executives, maintain and enrich Salesforce lead/account data, ensure lead quality, collaborate with Marketing, and meet SLAs and meeting/attendance targets.

Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts using email, phone, LinkedIn and outreach platforms; research accounts and stakeholders; generate qualified meetings for Account Executives; maintain Salesforce and outreach data; leverage AI and automation to improve outreach; collaborate with sales teams and continuously learn product and use cases.
