Analyzes project and regional financials through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L tracking, utilization reporting, and financial dashboards. Supports client reporting, contract and billing analysis, ERP implementation, database management, and financial training for global teams. The role collaborates closely with project and client development teams to improve financial accuracy, reporting, and decision-making.

Lead government relationships and advise senior Indian officials on governance reform, public financial management, economic growth, and responsible AI adoption. Shape IDinsight’s state capacity portfolio, develop new engagements, manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and funder reporting. The role requires substantial government experience, strong analytical judgment, credibility with senior decision-makers, and the ability to translate evidence into durable institutional reforms.

Lead AI advisory and policy support for government and social-sector clients in India: design and deploy AI-native systems and governance frameworks, originate and manage advisory and evaluation engagements, build client relationships, direct technical teams, manage budgets and practice growth, deliver thought leadership, and design trainings to strengthen AI transformation in public-sector settings.

Maintains multi-entity financial records across global operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue and accounts receivable, audits, tax compliance, consolidated statements, and Form 990 preparation. Manages intercompany transactions, employee advances, settlements, ERP operations, and process improvements. Supports Microsoft Business Central implementation, financial reporting, team training, and cross-functional collaboration across entities in Asia, Africa, and the United States.
