Leads large-scale technical programs connecting AI, software, and physical-world solutions. Coordinates global Engineering, AI, Product, UX, and business teams across multiple Agile/Scrum teams, managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, milestones, and executive communications. Ensures complex engineering and software programs remain aligned with business priorities and are delivered on time and within budget.

Leads global procurement transformation and operational excellence initiatives across strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, material planning, and procurement operations. Establishes standardized processes, KPI frameworks, dashboards, management operating systems, and performance governance. Partners with cross-functional leaders to improve execution, implement SAP-enabled solutions, manage change, and deliver productivity, efficiency, cost savings, and operational performance improvements.

Leads development of safety-critical electronic products from architecture and schematic design through certification, production release, and support. Designs analog, digital, mixed-signal, and flame detection electronics; performs debugging, validation, reliability, functional safety, EMI/EMC, and fault analysis. Supports UL, CSA, CE, and IEC 61508 compliance, coordinates manufacturing and certification activities, improves production yield, and mentors junior engineers.

Maintain scalable internal and third-party tools, improve SOC efficiency, and support security monitoring and incident investigation. The role requires strong Python software development, Linux, web technologies, Git, SQL, and cybersecurity operations knowledge.
