Partners with Sales to lead technical customer engagements, deliver product demonstrations and presentations, conduct technical evaluations, address customer requirements, and help close complex opportunities. The role translates customer needs into Grafana solutions, communicates product and competitive insights internally, and creates technical enablement content such as documentation, blogs, videos, and knowledge-base articles.

Sell Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to new enterprise customers across India. Prospect, manage full sales cycle (demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), meet quota, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, handle quotes and orders, and transition customers to Customer Success.
