Drive revenue growth for Genesys CcaaS solutions across the Indian market by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strategic customer relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, negotiations, deal closure, upselling, cross-selling, forecasting, CRM management, and collaboration with solution consulting, marketing, business development, and professional services teams.

Leads APAC sales enablement by coaching sellers and managers, facilitating training, localizing global programs, and advising regional sales leadership. Diagnoses performance gaps using pipeline and conversion data, develops readiness plans, supports new-hire ramp, and applies AI-enabled tools to improve coaching and content localization. Partners with global enablement, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and channel teams to improve seller skills, pipeline quality, productivity, and win rates. Travel is approximately 20%.
