Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, alerts and integrations. Administer Splunk Enterprise and forwarders, implement custom scripts (Python/PowerShell), analyze and optimize performance, collaborate with stakeholders in Agile ceremonies, mentor developers, and maintain documentation.

The Business Analyst will define and implement incentive compensation strategies, integrate data for accurate calculations, and drive discussions on functional requirements in the healthcare domain.

Design AI-driven automation solutions and agentic architectures, integrate AI with enterprise systems, lead AI initiatives, and mentor engineers.
