Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, maintain AR/AP/bank/fixed asset records, calculate depreciation, and provide audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations and financial integrations (Intacct, Xero, QuickBooks), design scalable charts of accounts and multi-entity consolidations, execute audit-ready data migrations, build API/middleware integrations with systems like Bill.com, Ramp, and Brex, streamline month-end close through automation, and produce SOPs and training to enable finance teams post-implementation.

Lead month-end close and prepare complete financial statements under U.S. GAAP, including SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606), deferred revenue, and accruals. Perform variance analysis, document large balance sheet variances, partner with FP&A on budgets and forecasts, mentor junior accountants, and implement process improvements with measurable ROI across portfolio companies.

Work as a fullstack intern building and maintaining web applications, REST APIs, and backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python. Contribute to frontend improvements, database work with PostgreSQL, debugging, testing, code reviews, documentation, and deployments while learning from experienced engineers.
