Translate marketing objectives into conversion-focused visual designs, maintain brand consistency, and use performance data and A/B testing results to improve creative outcomes. Collaborate with leadership and US-based teams while producing portfolio case studies demonstrating measurable marketing impact.

Execute and optimize multi-channel B2B inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot to generate qualified leads. Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS; write campaign copy; analyze performance; optimize conversion rates and cost per lead; and maintain dashboards reporting on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and campaign results. The role requires agency experience, HubSpot certification, marketing data analysis, autonomous project management, and collaboration across marketing and sales.
