Manage assigned Delhi NCR territory to meet sales, gross profit, and unit goals. Build relationships with key decision makers, develop account action plans, provide technical support and consultative sales on chromatography solutions, maintain customer data (MSCRM), and support team and sales manager with performance updates.

Prepare and submit import license applications, renewals, and post-approval change filings for India, Sri Lanka and SWA countries; respond to regulatory queries; provide regulatory intelligence; coordinate in-country testing and cross-functional teams; assess regulatory impact of analytical, manufacturing and packaging changes; and review labeling and promotional materials to ensure compliance and meet project timelines.

Manage post-market surveillance (field actions, recalls, adverse events, complaint handling), supplier onboarding and performance reviews, and audit programs (internal, supplier, channel). Oversee non-conformance classification and CAPA execution, organize QSMR reviews, and maintain customer and supplier documentation within QMS timelines.

Own and prioritize HRSD demand for ServiceNow, translate business needs into epics and user stories, partner with technical owners to deliver and validate HRSD solutions that improve self-service, Tier 1 effectiveness, and service performance.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered legal applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI. Partner with legal stakeholders to translate workflows, build document ingestion and vector search pipelines, ship production-grade features, implement governance/security controls, and mentor/legal users while aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and monitoring quality and evaluation metrics.
