Sells enterprise cybersecurity software to new and existing customers across assigned accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, forecasting, account planning, CRM documentation, customer onboarding coordination, and collaboration with internal teams and channel partners. The role also requires promoting products, communicating customer feedback, and using AI technologies to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Lead hands-on delivery of agentic AI solutions across Salesforce, Slack, and enterprise workflows. Design LLM-powered agents, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, semantic search, AI evaluation frameworks, and secure integrations. Build Salesforce components and Agentforce actions, implement CI/CD and observability, establish governance and fallback strategies, modernize legacy integrations, mentor engineers, evaluate AI platforms, and automate manual GTM processes.

Design and build data services and pipelines supporting machine learning products. Develop automation tools for model deployment, maintain production data systems, improve infrastructure, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across engineering, data science, and product teams. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, large-scale data processing, CI/CD, container orchestration, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
