Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for finance processes (AP, AR, project accounting, invoicing, timesheets). Troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, assist with deployments and testing, maintain documentation and controls, liaise with stakeholders, and identify process improvements to ensure stable system performance and smooth finance operations.

Conduct OSINT and HUMINT media and database research to identify reputational, financial crime, ESG and sanctions risks for third parties. Analyse complex corporate structures and ownership, distil findings, rate risk, produce concise reports, and brief colleagues under tight deadlines while collaborating across teams.

Provide day-to-day infrastructure and network support, resolve incidents via ServiceNow, perform on-call major incident response, administer Azure and Active Directory services, maintain network devices (switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS), coordinate security testing, contribute to architecture and projects, and keep documentation and reporting updated.

Senior commercial finance partner to the COO providing strategic financial insight, cost‑optimization, forecasting, reporting, and governance for Operations and Corporate Functions. Leads analysis for efficiency opportunities, procurement and premises strategy, supports budgeting/forecasting with FP&A, and ensures robust controls, billing transparency, and delivery against financial plans.
