Support forensic accounting and investigation engagements across South Asia, performing transaction testing, document review, financial statement analysis, public-domain research, data visualization, and report writing. Assist senior team members, manage multiple small-to-mid projects with minimal supervision, and prepare client presentations.

Hands-on QA and configuration SME for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Define QA strategy, design and execute functional/integration/regression/UAT tests, govern environments and test automation, validate integrations, support releases and CAB, drive defect lifecycle and continuous improvement, collaborate with architects, delivery managers, vendors and business SMEs, and provide go-live/hypercare and guidance on AI/Co-Pilot use for QA.

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for finance processes (AP, AR, project accounting, invoicing, timesheets). Troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, assist with deployments and testing, maintain documentation and controls, liaise with stakeholders, and identify process improvements to ensure stable system performance and smooth finance operations.
