Develop and deploy enterprise applications across Windows 11 environments using MECM and Intune. Build MSI packages, PowerShell and PSADT deployment scripts, operating system deployment task sequences, imaging strategies, and bare-metal provisioning workflows. Design YAML-based CI/CD pipelines to automate packaging, validation, and releases. Troubleshoot installations, perform root cause analysis, improve deployment reliability, and communicate technical solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

Leads complex global IT projects and programs involving cross-functional teams, technology disciplines, and business process re-engineering. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, reporting, and delivery using waterfall and agile methodologies. The role operates within an enterprise PMO and partners with senior business and technology leaders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client and business objectives.

Provide tiered support, design, deploy and troubleshoot Conduent's eDiscovery hosting platforms (Relativity, RelOne). Coordinate across teams and vendors, support large enterprise SLAs, and manage complex distributed systems including Citrix, VDI, Windows/Linux servers, SQL, AD, MFA and cloud components.

Provide design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support for eDiscovery hosting platforms (Relativity, RelOne). Troubleshoot distributed systems (Citrix, VDI, Windows/Linux servers, AD, MFA, SQL), coordinate across teams and vendors, maintain SLAs, and produce user documentation.

This role requires developing and supporting web applications, leading UI development, mentoring juniors, and managing projects with React and Redux.
