Lead the development of AI-powered customer support solutions, guiding a team to build scalable, reliable, and secure systems using LLMs and third-party integrations.

Own month-end and quarter-end close for Coinbase's India exchange, maintain parallel Ind AS and US GAAP books, prepare reconciliations and financial statements, ensure compliance with Indian regulatory filings, coordinate with FP&A/Tax/Treasury teams, support liquidity and customer funds safeguards, improve accounting systems and controls, and review and mentor junior team members.

The Country Director will lead Coinbase's business in India, defining strategies for growth, overseeing product launches, and engaging with regulators while building a high-performing team.
