Advises customers and account teams on Splunk Enterprise Security, UBA/UEBA, SOAR, data onboarding, risk analytics, and platform adoption while resolving complex technical challenges and improving customer value realization.

Own technical customer and partner relationships by translating business needs into Cisco solutions. Lead technical sales engagements, solution design, demonstrations, strategic planning, competitive positioning, demand generation, and deal execution. Develop multi-year architectures, guide virtual sales teams, shape executive technical strategies, and expand Cisco adoption through cross-selling, up-selling, and competitive displacement.

Lead pre-sales security architecture and delivery strategy for large Service Provider engagements across APJ. Architect zero trust and security-by-design at carrier scale, design observability and AI-driven SOC workflows, drive RFI/RFP responses, scope/price cross-architecture proposals, and influence executive stakeholders to convert and realize security transformations.

Lead APJC I&MI Solutions Engineering team to align Cisco architectures with customer needs, drive revenue and market expansion, manage multi-region managers, engage CXO stakeholders (up to 25% customer-facing), enable cross-functional collaboration, and deliver large, complex technical sales outcomes.
