Leads end-to-end revenue accounting and operations for SaaS, hardware, and services. Responsibilities include ASC 606 contract analysis, NetSuite revenue arrangements, journal entries, reconciliations, close activities, SSP allocation, audit and SOX documentation, cross-system data validation, forecasting support, process automation, and mentoring junior team members.

Architects and builds production LLM applications, including copilots, chatbots, AI agents, RAG systems, and agentic workflows. Owns AI backend services, APIs, inference orchestration, LLMOps, monitoring, CI/CD, and system optimization for quality, cost, latency, and reliability. Partners with product, platform, and security teams, promotes responsible AI and security-by-design, and mentors engineers. Requires strong Python and backend engineering expertise, distributed systems knowledge, cloud and containerization experience, and hands-on generative AI delivery.

Develop and maintain NetSuite business applications, customize ERP functionality, build scripts and integrations, improve reporting and data management, and support end users. The role requires translating business processes into technical solutions across finance, supply chain, inventory, and intercompany operations. Responsibilities include NetSuite implementations, database cleansing, API and web service integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders using Agile methodologies.
