Lead the architecture and evolution of Bloomreach's Search platform, mentoring engineers, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring system performance and scalability.

Serve as first contact for Loomi Platform L1 support: own end-to-end tickets, diagnose technical issues, maintain ticket hygiene and SLAs, create KB articles, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and escalate or hand over with clear context while communicating empathetically to customers.

Build and maintain customer-facing dashboard features across frontend and backend using React.js, Spring Boot, and Python. Develop REST APIs, data pipelines, and responsive UIs; participate in design, code reviews, testing, and production support to improve reliability and performance. Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver features and continuously improve developer productivity and application quality.

Drive the Search product roadmap at Bloomreach, focusing on AI, personalization, and data-driven decisions while ensuring customer engagement and market readiness.
