Design and ship secure, scalable backend services for INR fund flows and retail derivatives trading. Own APIs, order management, margin, risk, liquidation, settlement, market connectivity, reconciliation, and service reliability. Partner with mobile and product teams, lead architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Build and maintain cross-platform iOS and Android applications with React Native. Develop features, optimize performance, resolve bugs, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. Implement secure storage, authentication, encryption, observability, testing, and production monitoring. Support mobile release management and mentor peers on engineering best practices.

Lead and scale data engineering teams, mentor engineers, define roadmaps, and own the architecture, delivery, and operation of data and financial reporting platforms. The role requires hands-on technical leadership across data pipelines, warehouses, event-driven systems, APIs, microservices, testing, and system design. The manager will collaborate with product and leadership, support recruiting, make architectural decisions, and participate in incident response and on-call rotations.

Provide white-glove technical support to institutional clients via phone, email, and chat; triage and resolve issues or escalate appropriately; maintain communication until resolution; develop playbooks; participate in on-call rotation and work defined AMER shift onsite in Bangalore.

Own proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche and senior-level roles. Build talent maps, engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, conduct candidate research, develop personalized outreach, and maintain qualified pipelines. Partner with hiring managers, provide market intelligence, track sourcing metrics, maintain ATS records, and experiment with sourcing tools and recruiting automation to improve hiring outcomes.

Triage and respond to security alerts across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, and applications; write and tune detection rules mapped to MITRE ATT&CK to reduce false positives; escalate and assist in incident response; run projects to improve monitoring and visibility; collaborate with Engineering and IT. Requires some weekend and occasional evening coverage; role is onsite in Bangalore.
