Design, build, and support Salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Order Management solutions. Configure Service Console, Omni-Channel, Case Management, LWC and Apex components; integrate with ERP (NetSuite, RevPro), payment gateways, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs. Lead order processing, billing models, asset/license provisioning, CI/CD release management, and monitor system performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
